Communication between phone and system

What would cause thhe evo start 2 not to send back confirmation of starting vehicle? If im beside it sometimes it will... but more then 100 feet and its not responding back... (it starts but does not let me know it has started) and when it starts if i dont get confirmation i also get no info such as tach or battery or engine running

Car shuts off when I press the brake PLEASE HELP

Installed the unit, was simple however for some reason after I start the car with the remote, I unlock with the remote, press the brake to put it into gear and it shuts off, I have to then restart the car. Im not trying to kill the starter, anyone have any advise?

Key takeover Ram Evo All

Hello installed Evo All & Remote start with T harness as per wiring instructions in 2009 Ram 1500 5.7L. Everything works except key takeover after remote start...starter kill is active when key is turned to start, brakes don’t disengage starter, blue antenna lights keep flashing while driving, vehicle is operable and drivable in remote start mode. The only way to shut the vehicle off is to use the fob start button to turn off remote start. Any insight to this would be appreciated.

Starter engages again when brake pedal is pushed

Installed on a 2013 CRV with the t harness. Remote start functions, however once entering vehicle, inserting key and rotating to position 2/ Run, when I hit the brake pedal and the remote start shuts down, it briefly powers the starter and I can hear the starter contact the flywheel briefly before it shuts off and disengages. I have the start attempts set to 1 and it made no change. What other setting could cause this or is the unit defective?

Evo-All Hood Monitoring on 2014 Acura RDX

I have my evo-all setup for DEI d2d. When I lock the car the remote tells me the hood is opened, but its not. I reprogrammed the evo-all with the hood monitor function to off and the error goes away. Any ideas how I keep hood monitor on while still error free? Thanks.

Preprogrammed EVO is not for my truck!

I recieved my preprogramed EVO CHRT4 today as a stand alone unit for remote start (ref: service# 003606001305) and discovered it was flashed for a 2011 Ram 1500, I own a 2012 Ram 2500 diesel, Will it still work in my truck?

I have a 2007 Chevy 2500 Classic Diesel Automatic. The Classic you list is a 1500 half ton

2007 Chevy Silverado 2500 Classic LT, Diesel LBZ engine, Allison auto transmission, 4WD. (exact same truck as 2006 Chevy 2500. What you list as Classic is a 1500 1/2 ton. Where are all the early say 2000 thru 2007 Chevy 2500's? Diesel, Auto. They made millions of these and they are all mostly on the road yet.

Check Engine Light 2010 4runner

Hello, installed CT-3471TW Prostart remote starter with D2D EVO-ALL into 2010 Toyota 4Runner. Unit worked great, sent home with customer, Vehicle has check engine light that night, code P0705 "transmission range sensor A circuit". Used wiring guide provided from "wirecolor" and guide #8971 for Evo-all. If I clear fault, drive vehicle around- is fine. start with remote starter, key takeover, put in reverse, CEL and Traction control light illuminate on dash. Checked wiring connections at ignition switch, IGN 1- black pin6, Ign 2 purple pin 4, starter 1 red pin8, starter 2 black pin2. For the extra starter wire i used a standard relay, pin 85 ground, pin 86 to starter 1, pin 30 to +12v. pin 87 to starter 2. Any ideas? Thanks, Mike.

Cannot get EVO-ALL blue light flash with IGN 2011 Escape

Hello, Installed Evo-all as per connection diagram 3318 #2 on a customers 2011 Ford Escape. HA keys, 40 bit.(0v with key in cylinder,ign off) Loaded software version 4.18 as per diagram. Use programming procedure #3 for 2 keys, Blue light on, Turn ign on, blue light goes out, turn key off and blue light comes on, will not flash. Loaded versions 71.11 and 71.18. would not change with either versions, tried resetting module and reloading software again, no change. Have +12v on pin A1, pin A10 (light blue/black) to pin 4 (purple/gray) on ign barrel, Pin A20 (lt/blue/blk) to pin 3 (yellow/orange) on Ign barrel. Tested continuity of connections and are good. I am out of ideas, Troubleshooting guide claims CAN communication is not detected or wires mixed up, that's not the case assuming wiring diagram is correct. What are your thoughts? Can't get evo all to do step 4(ign on flashing blue light) in programming

2002 ford focus using evo all. I can't get the blue led to flash once I turn on the ignition. I had previously programmed the evo all to work with a 2012 Toyota tundra, but I never installed it. So I reset the evo all and reinstalled the 4.18 software to work with the ford. I tried multiple times, no luck, any ideas?
